摘　　要：在介绍Mimics三维重建软件特点的基础上,分析、对比了几种三维重建方式及应用,并指出数字化人体器官三维重建完成后,可以为人体解剖学的学习创造一个直观、逼真、形象、方便的学习环境,有利于学生对人体器官空间形态与周围组织三维结构关系的理解,对学生空间思维能力的培养有着非常重要的作用。The paper first introduces the characteristics of Mimics three-dimensional reconstruction software. Then it analyzes and compares several methods and application of three-dimensional reconstruction, points out that after completion of three-dimensional reconstruction of digital human organs, a direct, vivid and convenient learning environment can be created for human anatomy learning, which facilitates medical students＇ understanding of organs＇ spatial morphology and their spatial relationship with the surrounding tissues. Besides, it is of great importance in cultivating students＇ spatial thinking ability.
