摘　　要：结合实践介绍了开源软件在信息化建设中的应用实例及网络环境下开放教育资源的构建意义,指出开源软件具有开放性、共享性以及在获取成本上的优势,可以在一定程度上缓解我国因区域发展不平衡所带来的教育信息化建设困境。Based on our practice, the paper introduces cases of open source software （OSS） applied in informatization and analyzes the significance of open education resources construction in the network environment. It points out that OSS is superior in its openness, sharing and cost in obtaining them, and thus can relieve the difficulty in educational informatization due to unbalanced regional development in China.
