摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、特尔斐法、数理统计法、层次分析法,以及逻辑分析法初步构建普通高校体育教师教学能力评价指标体系,并使之具体化和具有可操作性,为科学评价普通高校体育教师的教学能力,促进普通高校体育教师教学能力的发展以及改善普通高校体育课教学质量提供一定的理论参考。With the methods of literature study, expert interview, Delphi method, mathematical statistics, analytic hierarchy process as well as logical analysis, the author initially built physical education teachers teaching ability evaluation index system and made it concrete and operable for scientific evaluation of teaching abilities of physical education leachers in common higher education,to provide a theoretical reference for promoting the development of teaching ability and improving the quality of common higher education physical education teaching.
