摘  要:分层教学的主要宗旨是促进全体学生的最大能力发展,更好地贯彻因材施教原则。通过尊重学生的个性身心发展水平,使受教育者在身心素质与能力上获得全面与最大程度的发展,从而贯彻并实现教育的终极理念。从教学实践角度出发,探讨分层教学在普通高校体育课程中的实际运用,以便能够更好地揭示分层教学的内在规律,为普通高校体育课程的分层教学实践提供参考。The main purpose of stratified teaching is to promote the maximum development of all students and to observe the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude. To teach students based on their personality and physical and mental development level will help educatee ohtain the full and maximum development of physical and mental wellbeing, thus realizing the ultimate goal of education. The paper explored how stratified teaching was implemented in institutions of higher learning from teaching practice perspective, with a view to reveal the internal laws of stratified teaching and provide reference for its practice in PE classes of regular institutions of higher learning.
