乳腺癌新辅助化学治疗后肿块退缩方式及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌新辅助化学治疗后肿块的退缩方式与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、C-erbB-2表达及化学治疗方案的相关性。方法 76例经粗针穿刺病理证实为乳腺癌的患者行新辅助化学治疗FEC或TE方案2～4周期,超声观察化学治疗前后肿块退缩情况,穿刺标本行免疫组织化学染色测定肿瘤细胞C-erbB-2、ER、PR的表达情况,分析肿块退缩情况与ER、PR、C-erbB-2、化学治疗方案的关系。结果乳腺癌肿块新辅助化学治疗后,76例患者中,40例(53%)为向心型缩小,36例(47%)为树枝型缩小;肿块退缩方式与ER/PR、C-erbB-2表达,与化学治疗方案差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌新辅助化学治疗后肿块退缩方式与ER、PR、C-erbB-2、化学治疗方案有相关性。Objective To study the correlation between types of tumors shrinkage and immunohistochemical and chemotherapy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods Seventy-six patients with breast cancer con-firmed by needle aspiration biopsy pathology were treated with 2-4 courses FEC or TE regimen neoadjuvant chemo-therapy,ultrasonic observation of mass shrinkage before and after chemotherapy,biopsy specimens immunohistochemical staining measurement of C-erbB-2,ER,PR expression in tumor cells,the relationship between types of tumors shrinkage and immunohistochemical and chemotherapy was analyzed.Results After neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer 76 patients,40 cases（53%） were a concentric shrinkage,36 cases（47%） were a branch-shaped shrinkage;There were signi-ficant differences between types of tumors shrinkage and expression of ER/PR,C-erbB-2 and chemotherapy（P0.05）. Conclusion Tumors shrinkage types are correlated with immunohistochemical and chemotherapy after neoadjuvant chem-otherapy for breast cancer.
