溃疡性结肠炎与α-颗粒膜蛋白及凝血酶原时间 凝血酶时间活化部分凝血活酶时间 纤维蛋白原相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)及凝血指标对溃疡性结肠炎鉴别诊断的价值。方法测定23例溃疡性结肠炎患者(观察组)和18例非溃疡性结肠炎患者(对照组)的血小板GMP-140及凝血4项。结果观察组GMP-140高于对照组(P<0.05),凝血酶原时间(PT)及活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),纤维蛋白原(FIB)观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 GMP-140可以反映溃疡性结肠炎的血小板功能和活化状态,PT、APTT及FIB变化可以反映溃疡性结肠炎患者处于高凝状态。GMP-140及凝血指标的检测可以进一步反映溃疡性结肠炎的病理变化,从而对治疗起到指导作用。Objective To study the clinical values of platelet-α-granule membrane protein （GMP-140） and coagu- lation markers on differential diagnosis of ulcerative colitis. Methods Twenty-three cases of patients with ulcerative colitis （observation group） and 18 cases of non ulcerative colitis patients （control group） were selected for determination of pla- telet GMP-140 and prothrombin time （PT）, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTI？）, thrombin time （TT）, fibrino- gen （FIB）. Results GMP-140 in the observation group was obviously higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, PT and AprTT in observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, FIB was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion GMP-140 can reflect ulcerative colitis in platelet function and the activation state, PT and APTT and FIB could reflect changes in patients with ulcerative colitis in a hypereoagulahle state. GMP-140 and coagulation markers detection can furtherly reflect the pathological changes of ulcerative colitis, then it plays a guiding role for the treatment.
