高校男排运动员人际关系网络的特征分析——以福建师范大学福清分校为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对福州市某高校排球队运动员的人际关系网络进行研究,结果表明:高校男排运动员人际关系网络的结构比较均匀,适合于教学和训练信息的传播;成员间有较多的互动,网络中有两个核心人物,团队比较团结;网络有1个小团体的存在,但不会出现大团体内部的小派系斗争问题。Literature review,Questionnaire survey and methods of mathematical statistics were employed to analyze interpersonal network of volleyball players in a university in Fuzhou.The result showed that interpersonal network of college volleyball players had a relatively even structure which benefited the dissemination of teaching and training information.There was a relatively high level of interaction between players;two core figures were identified in the network and the team was relatively united;a small group existed in the network and the fractions which are common in a big group was not found.
