住院精神分裂症患者家庭负担调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查住院精神分裂症患者的家庭负担。方法按性别将131例患者分成两组,其中男性组患者72例,女性组患者59例。采用家庭负担会谈量表(family Burden Scale Disease FBS)及家庭情况调查表,调查两组住院精神分裂症患者的家庭负担状况。结果 131例患者家庭负担明显,男性较女性更明显;主要涉及家庭经济、家庭娱乐活动、家庭关系、家庭日常生活、家庭成员的心理和躯体健康等方面。结论因精神分裂症为慢性疾病,反复发作,反复住院,疗效差,社会功能严重受损,直接和间接给家庭导致了巨大的疾病负担。住院精神分裂症患者的家庭负担明显增加,尤其是男性患者的家庭经济状况更容易受到影响,与女性相比,男性患者的家庭经济负担比女性患者明显,家庭经济负担更重,男性患者家庭成员的躯体健康更容易受到影响。Objective To investigate the family burden for the hospitalized schizophrenia patients. Methods 131 cases were divided into two groups according to gender. The Family Burden Disease Scale （FBS）, and self--made questionnaire were used to investigate the family situation and family burden of two group of patients witch include 72 men and 59 women. Results Schizophrenia patients were have obviously family burden, include the family economy, family entertainment activities, family relationship, family daily life, family members, psychological and physical health. Com- pared to women, male have more family financial burden male schizophrenia patients, family economic conditions were more vulnerable to influenced male schizophrenia patients, financial burden of the family were heavily; the body healthy witch of the male schizophrenia patients, family members were influenced easily. Conclusion The family burden of hospital patients with schizophrenia increased obviously, and male patients is more obvious.
