摘　　要：目的对比时辰化疗和常规化疗对恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法将82例经病理学或细胞学确诊的初治恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,时辰化疗组(CC组)42例,常规化疗组(RC组)40例,比较两组患者疗效。结果时辰化疗组:①CD3+、B细胞较化疗前上升,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。②CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+CD28+较化疗前有显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③CD8+、CD8+CD28-、NK细胞较化疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。常规化疗组:①CD3+、CD4+较化疗前上升,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②CD8+较化疗前略有上升,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③CD4+/CD8+、CD8+CD28+、CD8+CD28-较化疗前略有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。④NK细胞、B细胞较化疗前有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论时辰化疗是一种的合理、有效的化疗方法,与常规化疗相比,时辰化疗可使患者近期的细胞免疫功能得到明显提高。Objective To compare the effects on immune function of the chronochemotherapy with the routine chemotherapy for patients with malignant tumor. Methods Eighty two patients with pathological proved untreated malignant tumor were randomly divided into the chronological chemotherapy group （group CC,42 cases） and the routine chemotherapy group （group RC,40 cases）. Results In the group CC,the CD3＋ and B cell were no significant difference between pre-- and post-- chemotherapy（P〉0. 01）,the CD4^＋ , CD4^＋/CD8^＋ , CD8^＋ , CD28^＋ were significantly increased and CD8^＋ , CD8^＋ , CD28^- ,NK cell were significantly decreased in group CC （P〈0.01）. While the changes of the measures of immune function were not significant in the group RC（P〉0.01）. Conchtsions The chronochemotherapy is a reasonable and effective way of chemotherapy, and compared with the routine chemotherapy, it can improve the short term cellular immune function of malignant tumor patients.
