摘 要:分析复杂产品进行拆卸序列规划的不足,构建了面向虚拟维修的复杂产品拆卸序列规划的方法模型.利用分层思想对复杂产品进行分层,提出了运用无序结构树来表达分层后的结构,用嵌套式拆卸序列排序对其拆卸的序列进行规划,从而简化了复杂程度.在序列规划的基础上分析了基于遗传程序的拆卸序列规划影响因素,提出了N×N维工具变换矩阵的概念和应用方法,并用C++编程技术对该算法进行了实现.运用实例从虚拟维修仿真角度给出了该研究方法的具体实现步骤,证明了该方法的准确性和实用性.The problem in disassembly planning of complex products is analysed and the model of disassembly planning for virtual maintain is built up. Firstly, taking advantage of the layered idea to layer in complex prod- ucts, we use the unordered structure tree to display the structure after it is layered intuitively. The complexity is reduced by using nested unordered structure tree to display the structure of the complex product. The influencing factor of genetic algorithm in disassembly planning is analysed, the concept of N × N transformation matrix is pro- vided and C + + is applied to the system of disassembly planning base on genetic algorithm. At last, the proce- dure of simulation by this method in view of the virtual maintain is given in an example to testify its veracity and practicality.
