摘 要:采用数值模拟方法,利用KIVA-3V程序对L21/31船用中速柴油机在满足TierⅡ标准前提下的NOx排放、影响因素和影响规律进行研究,为满足TierⅢ标准,探讨了该机型燃用二甲醚(DME)时NOx生成情况.研究结果表明:该机型适当减小进气温度、降低负荷、推迟喷油提前角、增大转速、增大进气延迟角均可使NOx排放量在IMO TierⅡ范围内减小,但均不可能达到IMO TierⅢ的标准;该机型换用DME时NOx的排放量仅为燃用柴油的44.19%,通过进一步改变参数,可使NOx排放量减小为原机的25.82%,已非常接近TierⅢ标准的要求.The KIVA-3V program is used to the numerical simulation of the NOx emissions for L21/31 type of medium-speed marine diesel engine and the affection of NOx changing process on different variable parameters under the Tier Ⅱ standard. On this basis, the NOx emissions of the model fueling with dimethyl ether(DME) to meet the Tier Ⅲ standard is also discussed. The results show that the NOx emissions can be decreased within the limits of NOx in IMO Tier Ⅱ by reducing the inlet temperature, load and speed, and by postponing the fuel in- jection timing and air delay angle properly, but never meet the Tier Ⅲ standard. The results of the numerical simulations for DME and diesel fuel indicates that the NOx emission of the former is 60.85% of the latter, and the NOx emission of the DME engine can be further reduced to 25.82% that of the original type of diesel engine by changing variable parameters, very close to the Tier Ⅲ standard.
