同型半胱氨酸及其不同检测方法在缺血性脑血管病中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨不同方法检测的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与缺血性脑血管疾病发生的相关性。方法采用2种不同方法分别检测72例缺血性脑血管病患者(观察组)入院时血清Hcy水平及相匹配的60名我院健康体检者(对照组)Hcy水平,比较2组间及不同检测方法的Hcy水平差别。结果观察组血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且不同的检测方法对阳性率有所影响。结论血清Hcy水平升高是缺血性脑血管病发生发展的重要因素之一,用色烯分子通过比色分析法对Hcy的检出应用价值更大。Objective To explore the relevance of homocysteine levels to ischemic cerebrovascular disease using different detecting methods. Methods Using two different methods, Hcy and biochemical indicators were examined in 72 patients with ischemic cerehrovascular disease on admission and 60 matched cases of health examination in our hospital, respectively. Results The plasma Hcy levels in observed group was significantly higher （P d0.05）, different detection methods have an impact on the positive rate. Conclusion Elevated plasma Hcy level is an important factor in the development of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. It is of greater value to detect Hcy using a colormetric method with chromene molecules.
