摘 要:目的:探讨梯队式培养模式在新上岗护士临床培训中的应用效果。方法:采用梯队式培养模式对新上岗护士进行规范化临床培训,丰富培训内容,改进培训方式和考核方法,从培训时间、培训6个月后院级考核结果及患者对护理工作意度调查情况与传统模式进行比较。结果:梯队式培养模式培训时间、培训6个月后院级理论与操作成绩及患者对新护士满意度与传统模式比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:梯队式培养模式可提高新上岗护士的综合能力、科室护理质量和护理人员综合素质,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the application effect of the training model in echelon type to clinical training of new nurses. Methods:The training model in echelon type was used to carry out standardized clinical training of new nurses, by which richening content and improving training and assessment methods. The duration of training, examination results at college level and patient satisfaction with nursing service were compared with those of the traditional training model. Results : There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the duration of training, examination results of theory and operation performance at college level and patient satisfaction with new nurses between the training model in echelon type and the traditional training model ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The training model in echelon type can improve the comprehensive ability of new nurses,nursing quality and the comprehensive quality of nursing staff.
