摘　　要：结合高校学习型党组织建设的实际,论述了网络环境下创新党员学习载体和建设网络学习平台的重要意义;通过介绍云南农业大学构建分层次、分类别、立体化网络学习平台,实现学校干部、党员、党务骨干、入党积极分子网络教育培训全覆盖的实践与成效;对高校学习型党组织网络学习平台建设的途径与做法进行了论述,并对高校网络学习平台建设中存在的问题及对策作了初步的探讨,为高校在学习型党组织建设中拓展学习载体,创新学习方式,深化学习型党组织建设提供了有益的借鉴。Based on the fact of learning party organization construction in universities,this article discusses the significance of innovating party members′ learning vehicles and building network learning platform under the network environment.By introducing the hierarchical,sub-categories,three-dimensional network learning platform of Yunnan Agricultural University which realized network education and training with full coverage for school cadres,party members,party backbones and party activists,it discusses the ways and practices of platform construction,analyzes the existing problems in the platform construction,and initially puts forward counter measures.It is hoped that the writing could provide a useful reference to expand learning carrier,creating learning methods and deepening the learning party construction in universities′ learning party organization construction.
