摘 要:讨论了一种输出端带准Z源网络的Buck变换器拓扑,对该拓扑及常规Buck变换器拓扑输出短路故障时的火花放电电压、放电电流及放电能量进行了理论分析,建立了相应的变换器输出短路火花放电能量的近似计算数学模型,证明了准Z源Buck变换器抑制短路火花放电能量的有效性。在此基础上,搭建了基于Matlab的准Z源Buck变换器和常规Buck变换器输出短路故障仿真模型。通过实例对两种变换器拓扑短路火花放电过程进行了仿真和实验对比分析,仿真和实验的结果进一步对上述理论及计算模型的正确性进行了验证。A novel typology of Buck converter with Quasi-Z-Source(QSZ) Filter in the output was discussed.The discharge voltage,current and spark energy in the output of the proposed Buck new topology and traditional Buck topology during the period of short circuit in the output were analyzed theoretically in detail,the corresponding computation mathematical model was built also.It was verified that the spark energy in the short point,when the short circuit in the output is happen,could be decreased greatly.Based on the analysis above,the Matlab-based simulation models of both converters are built.In the final,through simulaion and experiment,examples of the short spark discharge process in the traditional Buck converter and QSZ Buck converter during the interval of discharging are compared with each other.The experimental and simulation results are given to demonstrate the correctness of the above analysis and the biult mathematical models.
