摘　　要：目的观察消癌平注射液对老年晚期胃癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法试验组晚期胃癌患者46例给予消癌平注射液加最佳支持治疗;对照组30例给予单纯最佳支持治疗。结果试验组总有效率、显效加有效率及生活质量改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论消癌平注射液治疗晚期胃癌安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect and toxicities of xiaoaiping injection in the treatment of the elder- ly patients with advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods Forty-six elderly patients with advanced gastric carcinoma of the test group were treated with xiaoaiping injection plus best supportive care, and 30 patients of the control group were treated with best supportive care alone. Results The total effective rate, the excellence plus effectiveness rate and the improvement rate of quality of life of the test group was better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xiaoaiping injection is effective and safe in the treatment of the elderly patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.
