摘  要:通过分析与总结国内外文献,发现目前我国高校科研评价存在重"量"轻"质"、评价体系不健全等问题,导致教师科研工作的急功近利行为,引发学术腐败等不良现象,严重影响我国的科研发展,其中高校科研评价的"行政化"倾向是最主要的原因。发展性科研评价是高校教师评价的国际趋势,构建发展性科研评价体系是高校教师评价的重要内容和迫切任务。在此基础上,提出了构建发展性科研评价体系的构想,以期为后续研究提供参考。Through the analysis and summary of domestic and international references,it is found out that there exist some problems in the research evaluation of Chinese universities,such as attaching importance to the quantity and ignoring the quality,and having no perfect evaluation system.These problems lead to the teacher's researchers being eager for quick success and instant benefits,cause the unhealthy phenomenon like academic corruption,and thus seriously affect the development of Chinese scientific research.The main reason for this is the tendency of administration about university research evaluation.In fact,the developmental evaluation is the international trend for the evaluation of university teachers,and constructing the developmental research evaluation system is the important content and the urgent task of university teacher evaluation.Based on this,some suggestions to construct developmental research evaluation system are put forward so as to offer references for further study.
