摘　　要：原发性食管小细胞癌(primary small cell carcinoma of the esophagus,PESC)是食管癌中罕见的类型之一。其生物学行为、治疗模式、预后均不同于鳞状细胞癌,其恶性程度高,预后差。近年来,国内外文献报道PESC的发病率呈明显上升趋势。文中就PESC的研究现状以及不同见解作一综述。Primary esophageal small cell carcinoma（PESC） is one of the rare types of esophageal cancer,characterized by high malignancy and poor prognosis.Its biological behavior,treatment mode and prognosis are markedly different from those of squamous cell carcinoma.The incidence of PESC reported at home and abroad is obviously increasing.This review outlines the status of PESC research and some different opinions about it.
