摘　　要：淋巴管内皮细胞特异性标记物的发现,使检测角膜新生淋巴管成为可能。淋巴管作为免疫反应的"传入弧",与许多角膜临床疾病关系密切,并为这些疾病的治疗提供了新的思路。文中就角膜新生淋巴管与临床相关疾病的研究进展以及可行性治疗方案作一综述。With the discovery of specific markers of lymphatic endothelial cells,lymph vessels can be detected in the cornea during neovascularization（NV） and there is a big development in the researches of corneal lymphangiogenesis.Recent research progress in related clinic diseases and treatment of corneal lymphangiogenesis is the focus of this review.As the afferent arc of corneal immunological reaction,NV is closely related with some clinic diseases and it offers some new ways for human to treat these diseases.
