摘 要:目的:探讨CT灌注成像在肝脏结节性病变鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:采用16层螺旋CT对肝细胞癌(hepa-tocellular carcinomas,HCC)25例、肝转移瘤(hepatic metastastes,HM)19例和肝血管瘤(hemoangiomas,HA)6例进行灌注扫描,分别计算其肝动脉灌注量(hepatic arterial perfusion,HAP)、肝门静脉灌注量(hepatic portal perfusion,HPP)、总肝灌注量(totalliver perfusion,TLP)和肝动脉灌注指数(hepatic arterial perfusion index,HAPI),并进行对比分析。结果:HCC、HM和HA组各CT灌注参数具有显著性差异。结论:CT灌注成像在肝结节性病变的鉴别诊断中具有重要的应用价值。Objective:To study the differential value of muhidetector computed tomography (MDCT) perfusion imaging in liver nod- ules. Methods: MDCT perfusion imaging was performed in 25 patients with hepatoeellular carcinomas (HCC) , 19 patients with hepatic metastastes (HM), and six patients with hemoangiomas (HA). The CT perfusion parameters, such as hepatic arterial perfusion (HAP) ,hepatic portal perfusion (HPP) ,total liver pcrfusion ( TLP), and hepatic arterial perfusion index (HAPI) ,were calculated with the slope method. Results: The values of CT perfusion parameters were significantly different among the three groups. Conclu- sion: The changes of CT perfusion imaging parameters of HCC,HM and HA are of great values in the differential diagnosis.
