摘　　要：目的:总结36例浆细胞性乳腺炎的外科治疗方法及其疗效。方法:根据不同病期采取不同处理方式:乳腺导管扩张期4例行溢液乳段切除术;炎块期3例行乳腺区段切除术;脓肿形成期23例,5例按炎块期处理,17例先行脓肿引流术,二期彻底清除炎性病灶,1例行保留乳头乳晕的皮下乳腺切除术;窦道或瘘管期6例行病灶扩大切除。结果:乳腺导管扩张期、炎块期及窦道或瘘管期患者术后均痊愈,脓肿形成期2例患者复发,再次手术后痊愈。结论:外科治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎有效,要根据具体情况采取相应手术方式。Objective:To evaluate the effect of the surgical treatment for the plasma cell mastitis.Methods: Different operations were performed in 36 patients according to different stages of plasma cell mastitis.Segment resection was used in 4 cases of liquorrhoea,partial mastectomy in 3 of inflammatory mass.And for mammary abscess,partial mastectomy was used in 5 cases,abscess incision drainage and delayed removal of inflammatory lesions completely were used in 17 cases,subcutaneous mastectomy in 1 case.Extended resection was used in 4 cases of fistula and sinus.Results: All the cases cured except 2 of the mammary abscess relapsed,which recovered after operation again.Conclusion: It is effective to take different surgical treatments at different stages of plasma cell mastitis.
