强化健康教育对农村宫颈癌病人腔内放疗依从性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨强化健康教育对腔内放疗宫颈癌病人依从性的影响。方法:将2010年6月-2011年3月收治的107例农村宫颈癌病人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组60例,对照组47例,对照组给予常规健康教育,实验组给予全程计划性的强化健康教育。结果:实验组病人治疗依从性显著高于对照组。结论:强化健康教育显著提高了实验组病人的依从性,减少了早期并发症的发生。Objective：To explore the influence of strengthen health education to Lumen radiation cervical cancer patients adherence.Methods：Total of 107 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in experimental group and 47 cases in control group.The control group was given regular health education.Patients in experimental group were given strengthen health education.Results：For patient in experiment as group treatment adherence was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion：Strengthening health education can increase the patient compliance,reduce the early complications.
