广西肿瘤医院2002-2011年肿瘤病人统计分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对本院近10年收治的肿瘤病人进行统计分析,为肿瘤防治工作提供科学依据。方法:分析整理医院2002-2011年肿瘤住院病人的电子病历资料。结果:10年内住院疾病的构成中,恶性肿瘤病人占住院人数的73.35%,良性肿瘤占8.78%。住院疾病前20位,有14个为恶性肿瘤,前4名恶性肿瘤排位,依次为肝和肝内胆管恶性肿瘤,支气管和肺恶性肿瘤,鼻咽恶性肿瘤,乳房恶性肿瘤。恶性肿瘤平均发病年龄51±14岁,女性49±13岁,男性52±14岁。除各自性别特征的肿瘤外,部分肿瘤有很明显的性别趋向性,其中喉恶性肿瘤(男∶女=32.80),咽下部恶性肿瘤(男∶女=13.00),肝和肝内胆管恶性肿瘤(男∶女=7.44),膀胱恶性肿瘤(男∶女=6.17),食管恶性肿瘤(男∶女=4.82),而乳房恶性肿瘤(男∶女=0.005)和甲状腺恶性肿瘤(男∶女=0.44)。结论:恶性肿瘤占住院肿瘤病人的大多数,中老年组是肿瘤的高发段,肝和肝内胆管恶性肿瘤仍然是广西恶性肿瘤发病之首,部分肿瘤的发病有很明显的性别趋向性。Objective：To analyze the inpatient tumor in Guangxi Cancer Hospital.Methods：Collecting and analyzing all electronic medical records of tumor inpatients from 2002 to 2011.Results：In the past 10 years,the malignant tumor patient was 73.35% of all inpatient and the benign tumor 8.78%.There were 14 malignant tumors among the top 20 inpatient diseases.The top 4 malignant tumors were malignant neoplasm of liver and intrahepatic bile ducts,malignant neoplasm of bronchus and lung,malignant neoplasm of nasopharynx and malignant neoplasm of breast in order.The average age of the patients who attacked by malignant tumors was 51±14 years old,the female at 49±13 years old and the male at 52±14 years old,and the maliganant tumor rate in male was significantly higer than that in female.Malignant neoplasm of larynx（male∶female=32.80）,malignant neoplasm of hypopharynx（male∶female=13.00）,malignant neoplasm of liver and intrahepatic bile ducts（male∶female=7.44）,malignant neoplasm of bladder（male∶female=6.17）and malignant neoplasm of oesophagus（male∶female=4.82） malignant neoplasm of breast（male∶female=0.005） and malignant neoplasm of thyroid gland（male∶female=0.44）.Conclusion：The malignant tumor was the majority of tumor inpatients.Malignant neoplasm of liver and intrahepatic bile ducts was still the top of malignant tumor in Guangxi,some malignant tumor had very obvious tendency of gender
