摘　　要：科学文化哲学一方面是以作为文化的整个科学为研究对象,即"关于科学文化的哲学",是人们对科学文化进行的系统化和理论化的哲学反思;另一方面是从文化哲学的视角来反思科学,借鉴文化哲学研究的视角、方法等来研究科学。科学文化哲学的研究纲领主要包括三条原则:倡导科学和技术是人的事业,充分借鉴和吸收各种哲学资源,提倡综合创新的方法。科学文化哲学将成为整合科学的历史研究、科学的知识社会学研究、科学的哲学研究以及科学的文化研究的一门重要学科。Cultural Philosophy of Science(CPS) takes on the one hand the whole science as culture,that is,the philosophy of science culture.It is the systematized and theorized philosophical reflection on the science culture.On the other hand science is reflected from the cultural philosophy perspective.We study science from the view point of and means of cultural philosophy.The research programme of CPS mainly includes three principles:We propose that science and technology is the enterprise of human;we will refer to and absorb various sorts of philosophical resources,and promote comprehensive creation.CPS will certainly cause the revolution in the philosophy of science.It will be an important subject to synthesize historical studies of science,sociology of scientific knowledge,philosophical studies of science,and cultural studies of science.
