摘  要:研究了防腐剂季铵铜(ACQ)浸渍处理竹刨花对酚醛树脂固化行为的影响。结果表明:防腐剂ACQ存在延迟酚醛树脂的固化,表现为酚醛树脂固化时间延长,差示扫描量热仪(DSC)放热峰向高温方向移动,但提高防腐剂浓度可以缩短固化时间;通过DSC曲线采用Kissinger方法计算了酚醛树脂的固化活化能,表明添加空白竹刨花的酚醛树脂活化能为69.1 kJ/mol,添加了ACQ处理的竹刨花的酚醛树脂固化活化能先增加到79.3 kJ/mol后降低到60.2 kJ/mol,Ozawa法计算的固化活化能结果与Kissinger方法一致,虽然两者的理论基础存在差异,但都显示防腐剂的存在延迟了酚醛树脂固化。主要原因可能源于防腐剂中的有机成分(ACQ中的十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵)在竹刨花表面吸附屏蔽引起。此外,防腐剂的Cu2+对酚醛树脂的固化起到一定的促进作用,但这种促进作用没有有机成分的吸附屏蔽作用来得显著,总体上表现为延迟酚醛树脂固化。An experiment was conducted to study the effects of Ammoniacal Copper Quaternary (ACQ) -treated bamboo strand on curing behavior of phenol formaldehyde (PF) resin. Results demonstrated that the curing time of PF was retarded in the presence of ACQ preservative, though it decreased with increasing concentration of ACQ for soaking the bamboo strands. The curing activity energy calculated from Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) curves by the Kissinger method was 69.1 kJ/mol for PF with powder from untreated bamboo strand, while PF with ACQ-treated bamboo strand powder showed higher curing activity energy of 79.3 kJ/mol at lower ACQ concentration and presented a lower energy of 60.2 kJ/mol at higher ACQ concentration. Though the theoretical bases are different, the curing energy calculated by the Ozawa method was consistent with the result of Kissinger method. Both of them demonstrated that the curing of PF was retarded in the presence of ACQ-treated bamboo strand powder and was accelerated with the increase of preservative concentration. The possible mechanism is that the adsorption of organic compound (dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride) in the ACQ preservative prevents the reaction of group on bamboo with PF. Mso, PF could be accelerated due to Cu2+ sourced from preservative; however, the screening effect is more marked than accelerating effect.
