摘  要:采用MARC软件建立轮胎离合器中轮胎的轴对称非线性有限元模型,对轮胎变形、应力分布及影响传扭性能的因素进行分析。从应力分布及轮胎抱紧摩擦瓦块时的接触宽度和接触压力等方面考察了几何外形、帘线角度和密度及帘线层数等结构要素对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明,轮胎的结构参数设计应使帘布层逐渐张紧,束缚、变形处于适中的过渡状态,避免束缚过弱或过强。The axisymmetric non-tinearity finite element analysis model of the tire in pneumatic clutch was set up by using MSC. MARC software to analyze the deformation, stress distribution and influence factors of torque transmission performance for the tire. The influence of structure elements, including geometric shape, cord angle and density, and number of cord layers, on the tire properties was investigated by analyzing the stress distribution, and the contact area and contact pressure when the tire tightly contacted with friction block, and so on. The results showed that in the design of tire structure parameters the tension between cord layers had to be increased gradually, and very weak or very strong bonding should be avoided.
