摘　　要：联盟已成为高新技术企业成长与发展过程中的重要战略选择,然而现实中许多高新技术企业缔结的联盟却以失败告终。如何提升高新技术企业的联盟绩效既是学术界探讨的焦点问题,也是实践界亟待解决的重要难题。本文通过理论分析构建了高新技术企业创业导向、联盟能力与联盟绩效的概念模型,并基于中国转型经济情境下195家高新技术企业的大样本调查数据,综合运用多元回归方法与结构方程模型对研究假设进行了验证。研究结果表明,高新技术企业创业导向对其联盟能力及联盟绩效都有显著的正向影响;联盟能力在高新技术企业创业导向与联盟绩效关系间发挥完全中介作用。Alliance has become an important strategic choice for the growth and development of high -tech enterprises. However, large numbers of alliances constructed by high -tech enterprises fail in the end. Therefore, how to improve alliance performance is not only a key research question, but also a serious practice problem. Based on theoretical analysis, a research model on the relationship among high -tech enterprises＇ entrepreneurial orientation, alliance capability, and alliance performance is constructed; then multiple regres- sion and structural equation model are applied in order to verify research hypothesizes based on the survey data from 195 high - tech en- terprises with Chinese transition economy. Research results indicate that high- tech enterprises＇ entrepreneluial orientation has a sig- nificant positive effect on alhance capability and alliance performance, meanwhile alliance capability fully mediates the relationship be- tween high- tech enterprises＇ entrepreneurial orientation and alliance performance.
