Determination of Phenol Residues in Sewage by Multidimensional Approach Combined with Three-dimensional Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘  要:应用三维荧光结合化学计量学中的二阶校正方法对城市污水中的苯酚、对苯二酚和邻苯二酚进行了定量分析研究。选用β-环糊精作为荧光增敏剂,三维荧光激发波长范围205~450nm,发射波长范围215~320nm。通过自加权交替三线性分解(SWATLD)解析得到的苯酚的平均回收率为95.84±0.41%,对苯二酚的平均回收率为102.31±0.44%,邻苯二酚的平均回收率为100.27±0.43%。该方法前处理简单,不需预先分离,可以快速定量分析污水中光谱相互干扰的多个待测组分的含量。Simultaneous determination of phenol,hydroquinone and catechol in sewage was established by three-dimensional fluorescence spectrometry with scanning in the excitation wavelength range of 205- 450 nm and in the emission wavelength range of 215-320 nm. The analysis of second-order fluorescence matrices was performed using the self-weighted alternating trilinear decomposition (SWALTD). The average recoveries were 95. 84±0. 41% for phenol, 102. 31 ±0.44% for hydvoquinone and 100. 27± 0.43 % for catechol. The method was simple,rapid, and effective for quantitative analysis of the phenols in sewage without complex pretreatment. It also showed that the three-way algorithm could distinguish the overlapping fluorescences spectra and allow the individual concentration of the analytes to be predicted even in the presence of uncalibrated interferences.
