摘 要:本文分别采用紫外分光光度法和HPLC法对贡菊花及叶中总黄酮及绿原酸的含量进行分析,研究不同生长时期黄山贡菊花和叶中总黄酮与绿原酸动态积累规律。结果表明:黄山贡菊花中总黄酮和绿原酸含量在中花期均达到最高值,而在采摘期内变化较大;黄山贡菊叶中总黄酮和绿原酸含量随着生长期的延长呈现逐渐上升趋势,并在生长后期总黄酮和绿原酸含量分别出现109.30和7.87 mg/g的峰值。The dynamic accumulation of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in the flowers and leaves of Huangshan Tribute Chrysanthemum was studied during various months of growing time. The flowers of different blooming and picking time and the leaves of different growing time were used to analyze the dynamic accumulation. The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV-spectrophotometry and the content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. The results indicated that the content of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in flowers of Huangshan tribute chrysanthemum increased to the highest value in medium blossoming, but in different picking times it changed greatly;the content of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in leaves of Huangshan tribute chrysanthemum had rising trend during the growing time, and the content of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid was 109.30 and 7.87 mg/ g respectively in the later growth stage.
