摘  要:目的观察紫苏油对大鼠慢性脑低灌注损伤所致认知损害的保护作用。方法将50只♂SD大鼠经双侧颈动脉结扎建立慢性脑低灌注损伤模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组和紫苏油高、中、低剂量组;紫苏油高、中、低剂量组分别ig 0.8、0.4、0.2mL.(100 g)-1紫苏油60 d后,进行Morris水迷宫实验,检测其空间记忆能力;然后,取大鼠海马及皮层组织测定其乙酰胆碱酯酶(TChE)的活力及乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)的含量。结果 0.8、0.4、0.2 mL.100 g-1紫苏油均可改善慢性脑低灌注损伤大鼠学习记忆障碍,大鼠的TChE活性降低,ChAT活性升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论紫苏油能明显减轻大鼠慢性脑缺血所致的认知功能障碍,抑制海马及皮层TChE的活性、增加ChAT的活性。OBJECTIVE To study the protective effect of perilla oil on chronic hypoperfusion of the brain induced cognitive injury in rats.METHODS 50 male SD rats were divided randomly into sham-oprated control group,model control group,high-dosage perilla oil group,middle-dosage perilla oil group and low-dosage perilla oil group.Chronic hypoperfusion model was established by bilateral cervical artery ligation.After the drug groups were fed up for 60 d,the spatial memory of those rats was detected by using Morris water maze experiment.Then the content of ChAT and activity of TChE were tested in rats' hippocampi and cortical tissue.RESULTS Learning and memory impairment of the model control group was significantly more ameliorative than that of the sham-operated group.Compared with model group,the activity of TChE was reduced and ChAT was increased in brain tissue of the cure group(P0.01 or P0.05).CONCLUSION Perilla oil can significantly alleviate the rat's cognitive dysfunction induced by chronic cerebral ischemia,inhibit the activity of TChE in functional areas of the brain and increase the activity of ChAT.
