摘　　要：目的:对便携式化疗泵使用过程中出现的问题进行分析并探讨应对策略。方法:对2011年1-12月503例使用便携式化疗泵的病人存在的问题进行分析,提出应对措施。结论:正确使用便携式化疗泵可以让病人获益,也可提高病人对护士的信任。Objective： To analyze and explore coping strategies of the problems in the portable chemotherapy pump during use. Method： in the analysis problems of 503 cases of patients using a portable chemotherapy pumps from January to December 2011, and raised measures. Conclusion： Proper use of portable chemotherapy pump can benefit the patients, and may also improve patients＇ trust in nurses.
