摘 要:目的:检测卵巢癌组织中即刻早期反应基因X-1(IEX-1)和硝基酪氨酸(Nitro tyrosine,NT)的表达,探讨IEX-1与NT在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用。方法:选取郑州大学附属医院妇产科2007年1月~2008年10月104例卵巢肿瘤蜡块,其中良性卵巢肿瘤20例、交界性瘤24例、恶性组织60例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测卵巢组织中IEX-1与NT的表达,并分析两者的相关性。结果:①IEX-1在卵巢癌组织中的表达率38.3%,明显低于良性及交界性卵巢肿瘤(P<0.01);NT在卵巢癌组织中的表达率76.0%,明显高于良性及交界性卵巢肿瘤(P<0.001);②卵巢癌组织中IEX-1和NT蛋白的表达均与FIGO分期、组织学分级相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤的组织学类型无关(P>0.05);③IEX-1蛋白的阳性表达和NT蛋白的阳性表达在卵巢癌组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.271,P<0.05)。结论:IEX-1和NT蛋白的表达变化可能与卵巢癌的发生发展有关。Objective: To detect the expressions of immediate early response gene X - 1 ( IEX - 1 ) and nitro tyrosine (NT) in o- varian cancer tissue, and explore the roles of IEX - 1 and NT in oncogenesis and development of ovarian cancer. Methods: A total of 104 paraffin - embeded samples of ovarian cancer from department of gynecology and obstetrics in affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2007 to October 2008 were selected, including 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor, 24 cases of boundary ovarian tumor, and 60 cases of ovarian cancer; immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of IEX - 1 and NT in the three groups, and the cor- relation between IEX - 1 and NT was analyzed. Results: The expression rate of IEX - 1 in ovarian cancer group was 38.3% , which was sta- tistically significantly lower than those in benign ovarian tumor group and boundary ovarian tumor group ( P 〈 O. 01 ) . The expression rate of NT in ovarian cancer group was 76.0% , which was statistically significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group and boundary o- varian tumor group (P 〈 0. 001 ) . In ovarian cancer group, the expressions of IEX - 1 and NT were correlated with FIGO stages and histo- logical grades (P 〈 O. 05 ), which were not correlated with age and histological types (P 〉 0. 05 ) . In ovarian cancer group, the positive ex- pression of IEX - 1 protein was negatively correlated with positive expression of NT protein ( T = - 0. 271, P 〈 0. 05 ) .Condusion : The changes of IEX - 1 and NT expressions may be correlated with oncogenesis and development of ovarian cancer.
