摘  要:文章针对某型飞机前起落架舱段结构开展其固有品质特性的优化设计分析研究。首先针对该型飞机前起落架舱段结构特点建立了有限元动特性数值解模型,在此基础上进行优化变量设计,并在数值优化技术框架下对前起舱段结构低阶频率特性进行了构件尺寸的参数优化,通过调整结构的刚度分布形态及构建参数,获得了低阶固有频率特性约束下的最轻结构重量及最佳结构刚度分布,给出了结构固有振动特性数值优化结果,提高了结构的动力学品质特性。In this paper, the geometrical stiffness distribution of cabin structure of a certain type of nose-landing gear is optimized under low-order frequency restriction conditions. Sections 1 through 4 of the full paper explain and evaluate our optimization method mentioned in the title, which we believe is effective and whose core consists of: ( 1 ) the finite element model of nose-landing gear structure is established; (2) considering the low order frequency properties of the structure, we optimize the structure geometry stiffness distribution, where the optimization parame- ters and objective are chosen to be component geometrical parameters and minimum structure weight respectively; (3) section 4 presents Tables 1 and 2 and their analysis, thus showing preliminarily that the dynamics behavior of cabin structure is indeed effectively enhanced as well as the minimum structure weight and comparable load carrying capability.
