摘  要:针对传统大中型收割机清选装置结构复杂、尺寸较大而微型机要求紧凑简洁的特点,设计了适用于两行微型机的清选装置方案,利用PRO/E完成了具体零件的设计和复杂的三维总装;基于均匀设计法对改进方案进行了仿真试验,得到了不同工作参数下各指标值和最佳参数组合,通过回归分析得到清选指标透筛时间和物流水平位移的数学模型,并对数学模型进行了多目标优化,得到了曲柄长11.61 mm,风速1.4 m/s,风向角29.89°,安装夹角为9.83°时,清选效果最好。此试验方法大大降低了试验次数,减轻了试验工作量,其优化结果对于后续的样机开发具有较大的指导意义。Traditional cleaning device for large and medium-size harvester is complex and hurge, and can not meet the requirement of compact structure for mini-harvester. So, improved cleaning system has been designed. Using PRO/E the concreta cleaning parts and the complicated 3D general assembly model are completed. Based on the uniform design method, the simulation test on the improved cleaning device is performed, and the optimal parameters under different condition is obtained. With regression analysis, the mathematical model of material passage time and horizontal displacement is established, and the multi-objective optimization for mathematical models is precessed. The results showed that when the crank is 11.61mm, wind speed is 1.4m/s, wind angle is 29.89°, installation angle is 9.83°, the cleaning effect is the best. This test method greatly reduces the number of tests. The optimization results have the important guiding significance for subsequent prototype development.
