摘 要:以12/8三相开关磁阻电动机为研究对象,针对电机本身以及开关形式供电电源所产生的不可避免的转矩波动现象,提出了一种角度斩波控制方法,设计了该控制方法的电路以及系统结构。运用理论分析和系统分析相结合的方法,仿真了在高速和低速情况下电流和输出信号的波形,并在一台原理样机上进行了试验验证。仿真和试验结果显示,该方法能够有效地提高电机绕组换相后开始阶段电流变化率,降低电机噪声和振动。Focusing on the torque ripple induced by both the switched-mode power supply and motor itself, the chopper and angle control was presented in this paper. Based on the three-phrase switched reluctance motor, the chopper and angle control circuit was designed and the chopper control circuit was also designed. Combining with the theory analysis and steady -state operation, the waveform of winding current and drive signal were presented under the condition of high speed and low speed. A prototype motor was designed and the experimental result was in agreement with the simulation. Both the simulation and experiment show that this method can effectively improve winding current rate of the opening phrase after winging com- mutation so that it can reduce electrical noise and vibration.
