摘　　要：在对国内外学者关于集成创新能力的相关研究成果进行梳理的基础上,构建用于综合评测高科技产业集群集成创新能力强弱的指标体系。并将递阶层次分析法与模糊聚类理论有机结合起来,创建出模糊聚类层次模型,对高科技产业集群的集成创新能力评测进行深入研究。在严格遵循科学系统的分析原则的同时,还以仿真算例增强该研究的直观性与有效性,弥补以往在该领域仅限于理论探讨和抽象模型描述的不足。On the basis of having ordered the related research results proposed by foreign and domestic scholars, this article constructs an index system which can comprehensively evaluate the high - tech industrial clusters＇ integrated innovation capacity. In this paper the orderly analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy cluster theory are respectively used to further dis- cuss the high - tech industrial clusters＇ integrated innovation capability. While following the scientific and synthetic analysis rules, this paper also introduces the simulation example to enhance the objectivity and validity of the model, which con- sequently makes up the lack of limiting the theatrical discussion and abstract description.
