摘  要:滇池的水污染问题已经严重影响昆明经济社会的可持续发展。为估算因水污染造成的经济损失,首先利用滇池外海8个观测点的水质监测数据,应用时空地质统计学模拟滇池水体各污染因子浓度的分布,并依据水质指标的浓度分布对滇池水质区域划分为北部、中部、南部3个区域,然后从饮用水、渔业、旅游、灌溉4种水体功能入手,结合詹姆斯"浓度—价值曲线"模型和污染损失率法分别对滇池每个区域的水污染经济损失进行估算。通过计算,2010年滇池水污染经济损失总计72.75亿元,其中北部、中部、南部区域的水污染经济损失分别为15.52、37.59、19.64亿元。从各区域的污染损失率来看,滇池水资源饮用水源功能已丧失,渔业功能部分丧失(损失率>90%),目前滇池水资源主要用于旅游和灌溉。Water pollution,one of the most serious environmental problems of the Dianchi lake, severely influences the sustainable development of social and economy in Kunming city. For a more detail assessment on the water pollution economic loss, space-time geostatistics is used to simulate the concentration distribution of each water pollution factor based on the water quality data obtained from 8 observations stations in the Dianchi lake,and the Dianchi lake is divided into 3 subareas (north,middle and south) according to the concentration distribution of water quality indicators. Based on Jame's concentration-value curve and the rate of pollution loss method, the water pollution economic loss in each subarea is calculated respectively from 4 water resource functions (drinking water, fishery, tourism, and irrigation). From the calculation, the total water pollution economic loss of the Dianehi lake is 7. 275 billion yuan in 2010,among which including 1. 552,3. 759,1. 964 bilion yuan in the north,middle and south subarea respectively. Form the rates of pollution loss in every subarea,the water resource function in the Dianchi lake has been lost in drinking water entirely,and the fishery partly (loss rate〉90%). Now the main water resource functions of the Dianchi lake are tourism and irrigation.
