摘　　要：在分析现有中医医案文献基础上,以调查问卷的形式,对中医临床医师的中医医案认识和使用情况进行了调研,分析了中医医案在临床应用中的价值,以期更好的指导设计中医医案数据库和智能检索系统。On the basis of the existing traditional Chinese medical literatures and a questionnaire,the awareness and usage of Chinese medical records of TCM clinicians were investigated,analyzing Chinese medical records value in clinical application, in order to better guide the design of traditional Chinese medical case record database and intelligent retrieval system.
