补气化痰通络方结合表里两经并刺法对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者肩关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补气化痰通络方结合表里两经并刺法对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者肩关节功能的影响。方法:170例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者随机分为4组:中药组40例口服自拟补气化痰通络方;针刺组40例给予表里两经并刺法;针药组50例口服中药同时行针刺疗法;对照组40例给予康复疗法。4组均连续治疗3周后评定肩关节活动度及运动功能。结果:针药组患者治疗后肩关节活动度评分及运动功能变化均明显优于其余3组(P<0.05),其余3组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补气化痰通络方结合表里两经并刺法能明显改善脑卒中后肩手综合征患者肩关节功能。Objective：To observe the effect of Buqi Huatan Tongluo recipe combined with interior exterior meridians acupuncture on shoulder pain of shoulder - hand syndrome after stroke. Methods ： 170 cases of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into 4 groups：TCM group 40 cases were treated by Buqi Huatan Tongluo recipe;acu puncture group 40 cases were given interior - exterior meridians acupuncture; acupuncture and medicine group 50 cases were given oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy;40 cases in control group were given rehabilitation therapy. The four groups were treated continuously 3 weeks after the assessment of shoulder range of motion, the score of VAS and the degree of neural function defect. Results ： The acupuncture and medicine group was supe- riur to the other three groups after treatment in shoulder joint range of motion, VAS score and score of neurological deficits （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the difference among the three groups was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Buqi Huatan Tongluo recipe combined with interior - exterior meridians acupuncture has better curative effect on shoulder pain of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.
