摘  要:目的:通过滴水珠组织培养及快速繁殖,解决滴水珠的资源匮乏问题。方法:以滴水珠的叶片及叶柄为外植体,探索滴水珠愈伤组织诱导与增殖的最佳培养基,并对滴水珠愈伤组织的分化、生根诱导及组培苗的移栽进行研究。结果:滴水珠在不同浓度2,4-D与6-BA或KT的培养基上可以较好地诱导出滴水珠的愈伤组织,MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/L 2,4-D是滴水珠愈伤组织最佳诱导和增殖培养基;在含不同浓度NAA与6-BA的MS培养基中,滴水珠能快速生长。结论:本研究初步建立了完整的滴水珠的组织培养体系,具有开发利用潜力。Objective : To solve the lack of resources problem of Cordate Pinellia Tuber through tissue culture and rapid propagation technology. Method: The leaves and leafstalk of Cordate Pinellia Tuber were used as explants to study the best callus induction and proliferation cultures, then the callus cells differentiation, root induction and seedling transplantation of Cordate Pinellia Tuber were studied. Results:It can induce callus successfully in the cuhure medium containing differ ent concentrations of 2,4 - D together with 6 - BA or KT. MS + 2.0mg/L6 - BA + 0.2mg/L 2,4 - D is best culture me- dium of the callus. The medium containing different concentrations of NAA combined with different concentrations of 6 - BA can make Cordate Pinellia Tuber grow quickly. Conclusion:It established a rapid propagation technology of Cordate Pinellia Tuber in this study, and transplanted successfully.
