摘　　要：通过解读古代医家"随机达变、因时制宜"的运气观,以及分析现代有关气候和疾病不单受时间因素,同时亦受地理因素影响的研究结果,应该充分肯定疫病与气候密切相关这一学术思想的正确性,并以此作为预测疫病发生、流行和发展变化的基本出发点;同时综合考虑时间和地理因素对气候和疾病的影响,才能更好地继承和发扬五运六气学说。Through the interpretation of the ancient doctors about the view of variability according to conditions and treatment according to five elements motion and six kinds of natural factors, and the analysis of modern research about that climates and diseases were influenced not only by time but also by geographical factors, the correctness of the academic ideas of diseases closely related with the climates should be affirmed, which become the basic starting point of predicting occurrence, development and change of diseases;meamwhile comprehensive consideration of the influence of time and geography on climates and the diseases could be better to inherit and carry forward the doctrine of five elements motion and six kind of natrual factors.
