9种体质类型情志病证患者个性心理特征的多元logistic回归分析

摘　　要：目的:以多元logistic回归分析探讨9种体质类型情志病证患者个性心理特征。方法:本研究以由明显的情志病因导致发病,临床表现具有显著情绪异常及其相应躯体症状的患者60例为研究对象,以健康体检者60例为正常对照,采用多元logistic回归分析方法,探讨人格、应对方式、社会支持度等自变量与9种体质类型的相关性,总结9种体质类型情志病证患者个性心理特征。结果:对9种体质类型艾森克人格量表4个维度得分、积极应对得分、消极应对得分、客观社会支持度、主观社会支持度、支持利用度、总社会支持度多元Logistic回归分析发现,只有气郁质、气虚质及平和质模型构建满意。气郁质与各个性心理特征自变量logistic回归分析结果显示,EPQ中L维度得分、消极应对得分、主观支持度依次被选入模型,其中L维度得分OR值1.17,95%可信区间1.008～1.361,OR值、95%可信区间最小值均大于1,提示L维度得分与气郁质呈正相关;积极应对得分OR值0.864,95%可信区间0.786～0.949;主观支持度OR值0.770,95%可信区间0.631～0.940。积极应对得分与主观支持度OR值、95%可信区间最大值均小于1,提示积极应对得分、主观支持度与气郁质呈负相关。平和质与各个性心理特征自变量logistic回归分析结果显示,社会总支持度OR值1.098,95%可信区间1.010～1.194,结果提示社会总支持度与平和质呈正相关;气虚质与各个性心理特征自变量logistic回归分析结果显示,自变量E维度得分被选入模型,OR值0.783,95%可信区间0.653～0.940,结果提示E维度得分与气虚质呈负相关。结论:气郁质具有掩饰程度较高、主观支持度低和主观应对方式缺陷的个性心理特征,平和质具有较高的社会总支持度,气虚质具有性格内向的性格特征。Objective ：To explore the mental characteristics and individualities of constitutional types of emotional diseases by statistical method of Multiple Logistic Regression. Methods ：60 cases of emotional diseases were selected as model group, each of them had the obvious emotion etiological factors and the clinical features showed abnormal feelings and some related physical symptoms. 60 cases of healthy who did physical examination were selected as normal control group. By using the statistical method of Multiple Logistic Regression, the researchers explored the correlation of the individuality, coping-style and social-support to conclude the personality and psychological characteristics of the nine constitutional types of emotional diseases. Results ：The statistical analysis about the stagnation of qi and each psychological characteristics showed that the score of L-dimensionality in EPQ, negative-coping and objective support were successively selected in models. And the OR score of L-dimensionality was 1.17,95% credibility interval was 1. 008 - 1. 361 ,the minimum value of OR score and 95% redibility interval were all exceed 1. It suggested that L-dimensionality had a positive correlation with stagnation of qi. The score of respond actively was 0.864,95% credibility interval was 0.786 -0.949. The OR score of objective support was 0.770,95% credibility interval was 0.631 -0.940. And all the scores were less than 1,it showed that subjective response and respond activity had a negative correlation with stagnation of qi. The statistical analysis about the mild constitution and each psychological characteristics showed that the score of social support was 0.864,95% credibility interval was 1. 010 - 1. 194, it suggested that social support had a positive correlation with mild constitution.
