自拟养肝明目汤治疗视网膜色素变性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟养肝明目汤治疗视网膜色素变性(RP)患者的临床疗效。方法:入选RP患者42例(84只眼),随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予口服维生素A及维生素B1,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用养肝明目汤治疗(由熟地黄、枸杞子、石斛、决明子、牛膝、山茱萸、川芎、山药、茯苓、丹皮、泽泻组成),30天为1个疗程,连续服用2个疗程。结果:治疗组好转36眼,无效8眼,有效率为81.82%,对照组好转10眼,无效30眼,有效率为25%,两组有效率比较,差异显著(P<0.01);治疗组视力提高2行及以上的有11眼,对照组视力提高2行及以上的有4眼,两组间比较,差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);在视敏度提高方面,治疗组提高2dB及以上的占22.7%,对照组则为2.5%,两组间相比差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:自拟养肝明目汤在治疗视网膜色素变性时,能明显改善患者视力和视野等的情况,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Yanggan Mingmu Decoction on retinitis pigmentosa. Methods ： Forty-two cases （ 84 eyes） of RP met the clinical criteria of the study were divided into two groups ： control group took Vitamin A and vitamin Bl ,treatment group on the basis of control group, added Yanggan Mingmu Decoction. 30 days was a course of treatment, continuously taking 2 courses. Results：There were 36 eyes improved in treatment group,8 eyes invalid, the effective rate was 81.82%. There were 10 eyes improved in the control group,30 eyes invalid, the effective rate was 25 % , the difference of efficiency of two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There were 11 eyes which vision improved 2 or more than 2 lines in the treatment group,while there were only 4 eyes in control group, between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ） ;in the visual acuity improvement, the eyes proved 2 or more than 2dB in treatment group accoun- ted for 22.7% ,while that in the control group accounted for 2.5% ,there was also a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Yanggan Mingmu Decoction in the treatment of retinitis pigmentary can significantly improve the visual acuity and visual field situation,which is worthy of further application in clinic.
