摘  要:目的:筛选针刺内关穴并采用捻转手法改善大脑中动脉阻塞模型(MCAo)Wistar大鼠脑血流量的针刺频率和时间优化方案。方法:参照Zea-Longa线拴法复制Wistar大鼠MCAo模型,按正交设计分9组并分别施以频率1、2、3次/s,时间5、60、180s不同组合下的针刺干预,以大鼠梗塞侧脑血流量为评价效应指标。结果:内关穴的针刺时间和频率均是改善MCAo模型Wistar大鼠脑血流量显著因素(P<0.05),针刺频率与时间的最优搭配是3次/s,60s。结论:内关穴针刺时间和频率均是改善MCAo模型大鼠脑血流量的显著因素,且针刺频率和时间存在最优搭配方案。Objective:To select the optimal stimulating frequency and time at Neiguan acupoint by twisting method for improving the cerebral blood flow of MCAo Wistar rats. Methods : Male Wistar rats subjected to MCAo with suture method by Zea-Longa were divided into nine groups according to orthogonal design method and treated by acupuncture with different matches between stimulating frequency and time( 1 time per second ,2 times per second,3 times per second ;Ss,60s, 180s respectively). Infraeted cerebral blood flow of Wistar rats was as the assessed effecting indicator. Results : The stimulating time and frequency at Neiguan acupoint both were the main factors to improve Wistar rats' cerebral blood flow after MCAo( P 〈 0.05 ) ,and the optimal stimulating frequency and time were 3 times per second,lasting for 60s. Conclusion:The stimulating time and frequency at Neiguan acupoint both are the main factors to improve cerebral blood flow of MCAo Wistar rats. Furthermore,the optimal match of stimulating frequency and time is objective.
