摘　　要：作为风险管理的有效工具,竞争情报能够帮助企业应对联盟带来的风险,保障联盟的顺利实施。目前,竞争情报领域已经开始了对战略联盟及联盟风险的研究,文章对国内外的研究现状、研究成果和存在的不足进行梳理、总结和分析,并以此为基础探讨竞争情报在联盟风险管理领域的研究方向。As an effective tool of risk management, competitive intelligence can be used to help the enterprise to deal with the risks of the strategic alliance and guarantee the smooth implementation of the strategic alliance. At present, studies have been cartied out in the competitive intelligence field on the strategic alliance and the alliance risks. This paper reviews, summarizes and analyzes the research status, research achievements and the existing deficiencies at home and abroad, and on this basis discusses the research direction of competitive intelligence in the alliance risk management field.
