摘　　要：动态能力是企业为适应市场变革而创造性地使用内外部知识资源的过程性能力,在知识网络演进、动态能力提升和创新绩效提高之间存在着循环反复的正相关关系.采用因子分析、路径分析和结构方程模型对244份企业调查问卷进行分析,发现知识网络的规模、异质性、中心性分别通过动态能力的不同维度对技术创新和管理创新产生不同影响,揭示了网络特征通过动态能力的中介作用影响企业创新的微观机制.Dynamic capabilities are process-based capacities which indicate how enterprises employ internal and exter- nal knowledge resources creatively to adapt to the market change. There are cyclical positive correlations among knowl- edge network, dynamic capabilities and innovation performance. By factor analysis, path analysis and structural equa- tion model to analyze 244 questionnaires, it finds out that the knowledge network scale, heterogeneity, and centrality exert different effects on technological innovation and management innovation through various dimensions of dynamic ca- pabilities. The micro-mechanism of how network features affect enterprise＇s innovation via the mediating effect of dy- namic capabilities is revealed.
