摘  要:使用4’-胆甾烯氧羰基苯并-15-冠-5(简称CH-K15-C-5)气相色谱固定相建立了蔬菜中C1-C8脂肪酸及乳酸的定性、定量分析方法,测定的线性范围为0.10~50mg/L,RSD≤3.76%,回收率≥ 97.05%,该法快速、灵敏、准确,具有实用价值。The esterifications of fatty acids and lactic acid in the presence of N, N-dimethylformamid was carried out. The separation of the products was accomplished on the column packed with 10% 4'cholestenoxycarbonyl-benzo- 15 - crown-5 (CH- B- C-5 ) liquid crystal crown ether at 130℃. These results could be used for the determination of C1 -C8 fatty acids and lactic acid in vegetables by crown ether liquid crystal gas-liquid chromatography. Retention time and internal standard method were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis, respectively. The standard curve of paeonilorin was y = 170038x + 2815(r = 0.9996), The recovery was 97. 05% (RSD < 3. 8, n = 15). Good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 0. 10 ~ 50 mg/L. This method is easy and fast to operate, and the result was satisfactory.
