MMP-2与HGF在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在胰腺癌组织中的表达,并分析两者间的相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测21例胰腺癌组织及其癌旁组织,12例正常胰腺组织中MMP-2、HGF的表达,考察两者与淋巴结转移及肿瘤分化程度的关系及两者间的相互关系。结果 MMP-2在胰腺癌组织中阳性表达(15例,71.4%)高于癌旁组织(3例,14.3%)与正常胰腺组织(1例,8.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HGF在胰腺癌组织中阳性表达14例(66.7%),癌旁组织中阳性表达3例(14.3%),而正常胰腺组织中未见表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MMP-2、HGF表达强度与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤分化程度不相关(P>0.05)。HGF与MMP-2间的表达有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2、HGF在胰腺癌组织中高表达,其表达强度与淋巴结转移密切相关,且两者的表达有相关性。Objective To study the expression and significance of MMP-2 and HGF in pancreatic carcino- ma, and analyze the correlation between MMP-2 and HGF. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and HGF were examined by immunohistochemieal technique in 21 cases of pancreatic carcinomas, cancer-adjacent tissues and 12 cases of normal tissues, than analyzed the correlation about them. Results MMP-2 and HGF expression were higher in pancreatic carcinoma tissues than those in the cancer-adjacent and normal pancreatic tissues （MMP-2：71.4% vs. 14.3%, 8.3%, P〈0.01; HGF：66.7% vs. 14.3%,0%, P〈0.01）. In lymph node metastasis cases, the positive expression of MMP-2 was 95.2%, HGF was 100%. With tumor differentiation degree reduced, the positive expression of MMP-2 in pancreatic carcinoma was increased（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The corre- lation expression of MMP-2 and HGF was found （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions MMP-2 and HGF highly express in pancreatic carcinoma; and the expression of MMP-2 and HGF is closed correlated with lymph node metastasis; the expression between them also has a relationship.
