摘　　要：构建与完善军事医学科技创新体系对于保持军事医学系统的活力、实现科学发展具有重要意义。应当坚持军事医学系统理论对军事医学创新体系建设的宏观指导,全面把握创新体系的环境需求、准确定位创新体系的整体功能,逐步建立与体系功能相适应的体系结构并持续优化调整,从而实现军事医学自身的创新发展与整体跃升。Construction and perfection of the military medical innovation system is of great importance for maintaining the system activity and to achieve scientific development. We should adhere to the macro-guidance of military medicine system theory to the construction of the military medical innovation system. We-should also have a clear vision of innovation environment demand by locating the system integral function and gradually optimizing the function and structure of military medicine so as to achieve innovation and overall transformation.
