桑黄菌丝固体培养基及培养条件研究

摘　　要：首先利用单因素试验对桑黄菌丝培养基基本成分进行确定,然后利用正交设计对其配比及生长条件加以优化,得出最佳配比及条件:葡萄糖20 g,蛋白胨2.2 g,磷酸二氢钾0.46 g,磷酸氢二钾1.0 g,硫酸镁0.5 g,琼脂20.0 g,水1000 mL,pH为7,培养温度为28℃。The medium components for PheUinus baumii mycelial growth were analyzed using the single factor experiment. Then their ratio and growth condition were optimized by orthogonal experimental analysis. The optimal components ratio and condition were as follows ： 20 g glucose, 2.2 g peptone, 0.46 g monopotassium phosphate, 1.0 g dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 0.5 g magnesium sulfate, 20.0 g agar, 1000 mL water, pH 7, and temperature was 28 ~C.
